Dear Engaged Couple,

I got married in 1999. It was a year long engagement and I planned the majority of all the details so I know how stressful and involved the wedding planning process can be. My fiancé and I had no wedding consultant. We just knew that we wanted to keep our wedding elegant, fun, intimate and small… with about fifty(50) wedding guests. Our wedding ended up to be a hundred(100) friends and family attending. We didn’t know we were so loved and popular but the challenge we faced was the fact that our big wedding day was getting more expensive than we had ever imagined and was paid for by the two of us.

Like many other engaged couples who pay for their wedding on their own, I understand the stress of facing your financial expenses and the challenge to budget for your dream honeymoon after booking the venue, caterers, florists, photographers and the like.
*deep breath and exhale*

At the time, I had friends getting married, too. Did they go on their honeymoon? No. They couldn’t afford it.

That’s when I decided to build Giftpile to bring the fun, excitement and anticipation of your honeymoon back in your planning process. I believe that Giftpile.com’s honeymoon registry can bring your friends and family to a more intimate relationship with you. Think about it! What better way for wedding guests to learn how you, the couple, have fun. For many who are not part of the wedding party, your wedding guests can still participate in an important experience as newlyweds – the honeymoon! You know when you return from your honeymoon, your gift-givers will want to know what adventures you experienced!

Don’t you just love gifts you’ll use…the gift that never sits in the closet collecting dust and you will never experience the act of re-gifting this type of present.
